Texas State University Mail Services handles around a million pieces of mail a year. Mail Services processes International Express, US Express and Certified Return Receipt Requested mail, insures packages, and will provide Delivery Confirmation receipts for Priority, Certified, and Express mail upon request.
We do not currently sell postal money orders, envelopes, postcards, or boxes, prepare packages for shipment, or process/mail registered items. The San Marcos US Post Offices at either 900 Bugg Ln Ste 110A or 210 S Stagecoach Trail can provide these services, if they are needed.
Texas State University Mail Services is located at 1727 Old Ranch Road 12.
Operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
A convenience window for drop-off service and mail pickup for JCK Offices and students is located on the first floor of the J.C. Kellam building.
Hours: Monday – Friday from 1:30 p.m. – 2:45 p.m.
We have limited hours and services for both locations during winter and spring break.
